Danielle Evrat is incredibly passionate about educating & nurturing children’s creative hearts, helping them build confidence, new skills & memories to inspire them in everyday life. Whether children have zero experience in dancing, acting or singing, some, or lots, this program is designed & structured in a clever way for all skill levels to work together in the week.
For Dani, it’s all about the joy, brightness & experience they get in the week learning together. The program for children aged 6-13, will offer a fun filled week of learning new creative skills alongside clever creative and artistic games in a supportive, fun, team sport environment. On the final day, families of the children will be invited to watch a mini musical to showcase the children’s growth in the week.
Dani comes from a professional performing & creative background. Her professional performing credits include, The Australian & International Tour of Wicked The Musical, Cinderella The Musical, 9to5 starring Marina Prior, Funny Girl starring Caroline O’Connor & the 50th Anniversary Tour of The Rocky Horror Show as the Australian Resident Choreographer starring Jason Donovan as Frank n Furter.
Dani has performed in many operas, including; Carmen on Sydney Harbour, La Traviata, John Bells Carmen at The Opera House & films such as, The Great Gatsby as a featured and credited dancer. Dani has worked for many recording artists including Kanye West, Jay Sean, Sneaky Sound System, Marcia Hines to name a few.
Creatively Dani has been on the choreography team for many mass ceremonies and worldwide events, including The 2018 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, Royal Edinburgh Military Tatoo in Australia, Associate Choreographer for 2020 Dubai World Expo & Luna Parks “Dream Circus” Immersive Experience as Associate Choreographer. Also as Associate Choreograper on many musicals including, Aspects of Love (Hayes Theatre), Dorian Gray written by Melvin Morrow to name a few. Most recently Dani has been appointed Movement Coach for Opera Australia’s 2025 Youth Development Program.
Dani has taught students all over the world, of all ages & skill levels. Dani is a choreographer & instructor for Reded “Raw Energy Dance Education” a company that runs programs throughout NSW primary and high schools. Dani also works with Australian Girls Choir throughout as a choreographer for their music workshops and teaches at major dance establishments around Sydney, including Brent Street Studios, The Village, JWDA, Planet dance and the TheatreBridge Program – a specialised Australian program educating pre-professionals.
Dani is also a regular adjudicator around Australia, adjudicating at major dance competitions to help educate and spread knowledge to the next generation of performers. Recent Eisteddfods in 2024 included; Sydney Eisteddfod at the Opera House and Carnival Dance Challenge in Adelaide & Sydney. Dani has recently published 3 articles in the acclaimed “Dance Train” Magazine, 1 of the articles sharing her knowledge and experience on adjudicating, set to come out early 2025.
